• Tea 'n Puppets©

ClassThis program is open to all families with children ages 3-8. Seasonal folk and nature tales are presented using hand-crafted marionettes and live music. A home-baked snack is served. Hand dyed, natural materials are provided and families are instructed in wet felting, sewing and other methods to create puppets from the story for use in the program and in the home. Parents are given a resource packet containing the stories, seasonal poems, and songs presented as well as recipes of the snacks offered.

One parent's comment:
"I just love it! I'd do it if it were offered every Friday. There's so little around that I feel like this about. I feel completely happy and content about what we'll get--an artistic, healthful content that will be appropriate. After the first session my little son said, 'This was the best day in the ever-wide world!'--MD and JD, who attended Tea 'n Puppets© in the fall.

The cost for the series is for the parent and child and includes a professional quality puppet story with live music, all puppet-making materials and tea-time treats.
